Ms. Renata Seeger is the ESL coach for 1st through 5th grades at Schneckenburger Elementary in Kenner, Louisiana. Seeger is an educator born and raised in Louisiana and has taught for 29 years. She graduated from the University of New Orleans where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education as well as a Master of Science in Education. Seeger’s passion is to increase student’s understanding of the English Language thus giving them greater access to the curriculum. Through hands on activities, cooperative learning, and peer tutoring she implements engaging lessons to ignite children’s imagination. She currently has the opportunity to affect her colleagues imaginations as she works hard to coach them in strategies that provide differentiated instruction for English Language Learners.
