Each year the Cox Cable Company honors 1 student from each school as the Cox Inspirational Hero. This year you have been named as Walter G. Schneckburger's Cox Inspirational Hero! Ms. Hightower nominated you and her comments are shared below. We want to congratulate you and want you to know we miss you and look forward to seeing you when we return to school. I would like to nominate Enrique Fuentes as a Cox Inspirational Hero. Enrique is an extremely friendly and outgoing first grader at Schneckenburger Elementary School. Each day, you can count on Enrique to show up with hugs and a huge smile. Regardless of his personal struggles and disabilities, he is always looking to brighten up everyone’s day. From a simple hello in the hall or a hug on the way out of the door, he is there to greet everyone and send them home happily each day. I have never seen Enrique sad or upset. He is also a positive and upbeat person. He is the kind of child that you want to be around all the time. If you are having a bad day, all you have to do is find Enrique and your day will be a little bit brighter. by Mrs. Hightower
