Graduation 2021 Speaking Information
Seniors, if you're interested in one of the following speaking parts for Graduation 2021, read on!
Graduation will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Ponchartrain Center in Kenner, Louisiana. The following speaking parts at graduation are available:
Master/Mistress of Ceremony
Pledge of Allegiance
Welcome
Turning of the Tassel
A student is also needed to sing the Grace King Alma Mater song.
There will be mandatory writing workshops for the
- Salutatory Address
- Valedictory Address
- Welcome

4/14 & 4/15: Mandatory Workshops for students interested in presenting the Welcome Address.
4/20: Speaker Auditions, 3:45 PM - Link to audition virtually will be provided by 2:00 PM of the audition date
4/21: Alma Mater auditions: 3:45 PM - Link to audition virtually will be provided by 2:00 PM of the audition date
4/26-4/30: Approval of final speeches
