Schools to receive these Literacy Coach positions will be prioritized based on students’ needs. Please click here for a complete job description.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, independent self-starters who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and who have a record of high performance in challenging situations.
JP Schools will utilize Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds to pay the salaries of Literacy Coaches. Since the ESSER funding was not approved until after the voluntary transfer process ended, the district will extend voluntary transfers to employees seeking a Literacy Coach position funded by ESSER.
If you have experience as a K-5 ELA teacher, knowledge of the CKLA curriculum and proven results when working with struggling readers, please consider applying.
