Superintendent's Message: September 18, 2020
JP Schools Family,
Thank you for your support this week as we announced our Phase 3 Transition Plan. Our educators have done an incredible job adapting their teaching to fit our various instructional models. Likewise, our families have modeled patience and strong engagement to ensure a smooth start to the year. The foundation we’ve laid the past few weeks will serve us well as we continue to adapt and gradually begin to welcome more students for in-person learning.
All along, our goal has been to return as many students to the classroom as we safely can while providing choice for families to receive virtual at-home learning. We know many of our students learn best in-person, and our Phase 3 plan enables a return to a traditional model. Our educators are continuously working hard to provide a quality education to our students, no matter the instructional model. We want to reassure you that we all care about your child and are working countless hours to give them what they need and deserve.
We look forward to welcoming more students back to campus, and we appreciate your trust, support and patience as we work together to create the best future for our students.
Regards,
Dr. James Gray
