Advanced Study Academies and Ruppel Academie Francaise Application Window Open Now
The application window opened Wednesday, September 7 for Jefferson Parish families to apply for some of the top performing public schools in the state. The Jefferson Parish Schools Advanced Study Academies (ASA) and Ruppel Academie Francaise application window for the 2023-2024 school year is Wednesday, September 7 through Wednesday, October 5.
“Our Advanced Study Academies and Ruppel Academie give our families choice,” said JP Schools Superintendent Dr. James Gray. “We encourage families to apply if they are interested in their child pursuing a more advanced educational experience.”
Families can access specialtyselection.jpschools.org/login to apply, select testing dates, and receive status updates from the district. This online tool serves as a one-stop-shop that makes it easy for families to take advantage of options offered in Jefferson Parish Schools.

Students are highly engaged through differentiated instruction and are working at least one grade level ahead of other students in their age group and grade placement.
