Every student in Jefferson Parish Schools now has access to a device. To support students and families as they utilize this new technology in the classroom and at home, JP Schools is operating a helpdesk to help solve technical issues.

The student and family helpdesk opens August 9. Students and families can call 504-365-5304 weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
