Exiting Virtual Jefferson or Entering Virtual Jefferson for the 3rd Quarter
As we approach the end of the 2nd Quarter, which is January 15, 2021, this message is to inform you that it is time to begin the process of deciding if your child will remain a virtual student for the 3rd Quarter.
Exiting Virtual Jefferson - If you would like your child to move from virtual instruction to in-person instruction you will need to complete the 3rd Quarter Instruction Form.
Entering Virtual Jefferson - If you would like your child to move from in-person
instruction to virtual instruction you will need to complete the 3rd Quarter Instruction Form.
***Note – Only students requesting a change of instructional model should complete the form. If you would like your child to remain in the instructional model they are currently in, you do not have to complete a form.
The 3rd Quarter Instruction Form may be accessed directly at

You may complete the form online or print, fill out and submit the
form directly to the school’s office in-person or via email (Tasha.Pugh@jpschools.org).
Deadline to submit a request to exit virtual is January 22, 2021.
