District 6: Michael Pedalino

Michael Pedalino is a lifelong resident of Jefferson Parish. Having graduated from East Jefferson High School in 1998, he brings a public school student's perspective to the board. As a human resources consultant, he looks forward to bringing his insight on employee engagement and talent retention to Jefferson Parish Schools.

Pedalino is an active member with the Dawnbusters Kiwanis Club in Metairie. The Dawnbusters are strongly invested in the success of all JP students with their Rewards for Reading program. Michael also seeks to continue to engage with the business community on job-ready programs for students graduating high school who decide to forego college. 

An experienced sales professional and business owner, Pedalino works as a business performance advisor with Insperity. He also owns Simple Diamond Solutions, LLC., a diamond tool distributor. Michael is a deep man of faith dedicated to the betterment of the community and is grateful for his supporting wife Jessica and their three children.
