District 9: Kevin S. Delahoussaye

Kevin Delahoussaye was appointed to represent District 9 on the Jefferson Parish School Board in June 2026. A lifelong Jefferson Parish resident, he brings more than four decades of experience in banking, finance, and strategic planning, including leadership roles with Capital One Bank, Chase Bank, and other financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in budgeting, fiscal management, and collaborative decision-making.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Delahoussaye has a long history of community service. He has served as Vice Chair of the Jefferson Parish Board of Zoning Adjustments and as Chairman of the Lafreniere Park, St. Elizabeth Home and School Association, Dollars for Scholars, and the Board of Mount Carmel School. He is committed to supporting student achievement, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and working collaboratively with fellow board members, district leadership, and the community to ensure every student has access to a high-quality education.
