District 8: Vice President Chad Nugent

Chad Nugent is a certified personal financial planner and father of three. He is determined to bring his astute financial expertise and budgetary knowledge to the Jefferson Parish School Board. As a father of three active boys who currently attend Jefferson Parish Public Schools, Nugent is able to relate to many parents about the need for access to high quality schools for every child in the district.

He is deeply committed to his community. Nugent is an active member of his church, a volunteer financial planner with the 24th Judicial District Court re-entry program, and is deeply involved in his children’s extra-curricular activities.
