2025-2026 DECISION LETTERS FOR CURRENT 5th Grade Students
The Decision Letter Form provides an opportunity for parents of current ASA 5th grade students to request which ASA they would like their child to attend as a 6th grader during the 2025-2026 academic year. The links for the ASA Decision Letter form will be sent out directly from the schools . The links will remain active from January 17th at 8:00 a.m. through January 31st at 5:00 p.m. Below are also a few reminders about the ASA Decision Letter Form link required to submit a request:
A few reminders:
- Submissions are time-sensitive and requests are approved on a first come first submitted basis, available seats permitted.
- The forms will be online only; forms can be submitted beginning January 17th at 8:00 a.m. through January 31st at 5:00 p.m. If you need assistance submitting your form, please contact the ASA Admissions Office at 349-7792. Links will not be activated until January 17, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
- The Decision Letter Form is for current 5th graders only.
- If you are requesting transfers for multiple 5th grade children, you will need to submit a decision letter form (5th Grade Only) for each child.
- The only means for altering this choice will be to complete a First Five Days of School Transfer Request at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. The First Five Days of School Transfer Request will be available at the beginning of the school year only.
- The current Proof of Residency and Parent Identification are required and must be uploaded at the time of submission in order for your request to be processed.
