    Vision Statement

The vision of Estelle School is to develop a culture of high-quality, standards-based teaching where all students have the opportunity to thrive in a just, fair and caring learning environment. As a result, our students will be able to transition efficiently through middle school to high school.

    Mission Statement

With the support of the Estelle community, our mission is to:

    1. Use a diagnostic and prescriptive approach to support student mastery of foundational standards by the time they complete the 3rd grade
    2. Develop rich learning opportunities where students access Tier-1, grade-level instructional materials that support the needs of all learners.
    3. Encourage students to have a growth mindset where there is no fear of failure. Rather, productive struggle is valued and students take ownership of their learning.
