  • Fundraiser - Pullover

     

    Pullover Design

     

     

    The Middle School is hosting a Pullover Fundraiser to raise money for the Middle School Athletic Teams (Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball. Proceeds will be distributed equally to all teams and used to offset the expenses incurred by the team including, but not limited to, the following: bus expense, fuel expense, and team supplies.  The Pullovers are availble in youth and adult sizes: Youth Small - Adult XL ($45), Adult 2X ($47), and Adult 3X ($49).  They are dark grey with the logo pictured in front. Only the Adult Ladies Style will have a Pouch Pocket.

     

    Students that would like to pay by cash or check (made payable to Thomas Jefferson Academy in standard blue or black ink) should print the order form below and bring the payment to Ms Sisto (A-207).

     

    The deadline to order by cash or check is FRIDAY, MARCH 12th by 1:00 PM.  The deadlne to order on SCO is March 15, 2021 at 8:00 am.

     

  • Thomas Jefferson Academy Athletic Department

     

    The TJ Athletic Department offers the following middle school sports:

     

    Fall

    Football

    Volleyball

     

    Winter

    Basketball (girls and boys)

     

    Spring

    Soccer (girls and boys)

    Baseball

    Softball

     

     

    While there is no Middle School Wrestling or Track, 7th and 8th graders can tryout for the high school sports.  If a 7th or 8th grader would like to tryout for a high school sport, they must contact that coach.  They cannot play the same sport on the middle and high school teams concurrently. 

     

    In order for a student to tryout for an athletic team, they must have a valid physical and medical history form turned in to the Athletics Office. This must be on the official LHSAA Medical History Evaluation form that can be obtained in the front office or you may print the form below.

  • Family ID

     

    The Thomas Jefferson Athletic Department requires an online registration process for all athletes.  This online registration eliminates many forms that are required for athletic participation. 

    This year, the district is requiring all athletes and parents to complete a COVID-19 Waiver.  This waiver is included on FamilyID.

    FamilyID must be completed BEFORE a student can participate in any tryouts, conditioning or practices for any sport.

    In addition to the online registration, all athletes must have an up to date physical turned in to the athletic office.  Once a student makes the team, they must also pay a yearly, non refundable $25 Athletic Fee.  This fee can be paid by cash or check to Coach Cormier (Athletic Director) or on the new JP School Cash Online system.  If a student plays more than one sport, they only pay the Athletic fee once.
