Data Management
The Data Management Department is part of Teaching and Learning in the Jefferson Parish School System. The Data Management Team supports the district’s Student Information System (SIS), data analysis, SIS integrations, state reporting (student data, transcripts, etc.) in order to achieve the district goal of a world-class education for all children.
JCampus Support Ticket System
Use the JCampus Support Ticket System to request assistance with JCampus. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- requesting access to JCampus for new JP Schools employees
- requesting a change in school/site access
- assistance with pulling various reports or lists
- help with general JCampus questions/clarifications

If you need help locating your Student Progress Center (SPC) login information, contact your student’s school and speak with the secretary. For issues with accessing the JCampus app, also reach out to the school secretary who will contact the JP Schools Data Management Team. We're excited for you to try it!
