JP Schools Launches Bus Apps

Introducing two innovative transportation apps designed to enhance the school bus experience for parents and students: My Ride and First View/Parent View. Both apps aim to streamline communication and provide a safer, more efficient transportation experience for students and their families.
My Ride parent app is for Jefferson Parish Buses numbered 0-599 only. This app will allow parents to track their children when they scan on the bus and off the bus. Parents will be able to track when the bus is nearing the stop by creating their Geo Fence as per the directions.
First View/Parent View parent app are for First Student buses numbered 600 and above. Parents will be able to track when the bus is nearing the stop by creating their Geo Fence as per the directions.
My Ride
The parent App for Jefferson Parish Buses numbered 0-599 only
- The parent will register as per the registration literature and follow the prompts for information on the app.
- This app will allow parents to track their children when they scan on the bus and off the bus.
First View/Parent View
The parent App for First Student buses numbered 600 and above.
- Parents will NOT be able to track students entering and exiting the bus. Parent will be able to track when the bus is nearing the stop by creating their Geo Fence as per the directions.
