School Safety

The Department of School Safety promotes the protection from violence, bullying, harassment, substance use. Our department also provides our students, employees and stakeholders the necessary information, best practices, resources and training in natural disasters and potential hazards before, during and after any possible emergency that may occur on or near campus or school events.

All Jefferson Parish Schools in our district are required to complete the following appendices from the Crisis Plan:

Once all appendices are completed, please email them to School Safety.

 

School Emergency Response and Drill Reporting 

All mandatory emergency response documentation and drill reporting forms have been updated for the 2024-25 school year. To access, complete and submit drill reporting forms, you will need to be logged into your Jefferson Parish Google Drive account. Charter school will need to request access through Google Drive.
