BENEFITS
The Jefferson Parish Schools Tuition Reimbursement Program is a federally funded program designed to provide tuition assistance to JP Schools non-certified teachers. Learn more about this great opportunity for our teachers.
EMBARK Aspiring Educators is JP Schools' in-house alternative certification program designed to develop, support, certify, and retain effective educators. Information on requirements can be found using the button below.
As an JP Schools employee, The health insurance is offered through the Office of Group Benefits (OGB) and Blue Cross Blue Shield administers most of the health plans offered to you and your family. Explore options to make the most of the following: health, dental, vision, and retirement.
Various stipends available:
- $2,000 Target Schools stipend
- $1,000 target content area teacher stipend
- $2,000 performance-based stipend (VAM)
- $500 teacher leader stipend
- $1,000 SLT based stipend
