Student and Parent Technology Helpdesk
In addition to the Family Resource Center for Online Learning, families can contact our Student and Parent Technology Helpdesk Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 504-365-5304.
When calling the Helpdesk:
- Pressing #1 will access support with passwords, login issues, and Google Classroom Access.
- Pressing #2 will access support with device related issues including microphones, cameras, keyboards, and hotspots.
For Google Classroom codes, specific Google Meet links, and schedule related issues, please contact the school your child attends directly. School phone numbers can be found at jpschools.org/schools.
