What We Do

Our vision is to deliver safe, effective, and efficient transportation while partnering and collaborating with parents, principals, and school staff. In addition, we will respond with solutions to the concerns of parents and school personnel as quickly as possible, while continuing to work toward meeting the district’s vision, mission, and goals.
Jefferson Parish School’s transportation department is made up of 10 office staff, 200 bus drivers, and more than 100 bus attendants and para-support professionals. We strive to provide safe and efficient transportation for over 35,000 students to and from school every day.
