What We Do
Students attending Ruppel Academie Francaise will experience the same curriculum as students who attend the district’s Advanced Study Academies (ASA), with the added benefit of daily classes in French. Ruppel Academie Francaise will offer a challenging academic program along with courses in the French language to students in grades PK through 3rd in 2019-20. The school will expand by one grade each year, eventually converting to a full PK-8 school for the 2024-25 school year. The 2019-2020 school year will be a transitional year for Ruppel. It will be the last year for traditional ASA 6th through 8th graders to be on the Ruppel campus. Beginning with the 2020-2021 school year, Thomas Jefferson High School will take on the same 6th through 12th grade configuration as Patrick Taylor and Haynes Academy. Traditional Ruppel ASA students will move to the Thomas Jefferson campus and be Thomas Jefferson students.
