Important Update Regarding Cafeteria Meals
USDA has extended free meals for ALL students through the 2020-2021 school year. So make sure to remind your student to stop by the Cafeteria in the morning to grab a breakfast and they will also receive their lunch for free. This will continue until December 31, 2020 or until the funds run out.
Virtual Jefferson Meals
Students participating in Virtual Jefferson have the option to pick up a grab and go breakfast and lunch meal from the school in which they are enrolled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Meals picked up on Tuesday will be for Wednesday and Thursday and meals picked up on Thursdays will be for Friday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Students attending school on a rotating schedule have the option to take home a grab and go breakfast and lunch meal on the day they are participating in face-to-face learning to be eaten on the days they are schedule for virtual learning.

Students are offered a variety of healthy breakfast and lunch meals daily. Students approved for reduced price meals are charged $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch at all grade levels. Students paying full price are charged $1.00 for breakfast and $1.75 for lunch.

Jefferson Parish Schools participates in the USDA Free/Reduced Price Meal Program. Jefferson Parish Schools is using an online Free and reduced meals application program for all schools during the 2020-2021 school year. This system offers an efficient and economical way for parents to submit free and reduced meals applications and start receiving benefits faster. Parents can access the application by clicking on this link using computers at home, the library, or the school district. Simple to-use wizards will walk you through each field.
VIRTUAL JEFFERSON STUDENTS
The district has created an online form in which parents and/or students can pre-order meals for those enrolled in Virtual Jefferson. Virtual Jefferson students do not attend school in person any day of the week. This form is not intended to be used by the hybrid students. This form should be submitted the week before they plan to pick-up meals.
Meals will be available for pick-up on Tuesday and Thursday. Meals picked-up on Tuesday will include a breakfast and lunch meal for Wednesday and Thursday and meals picked-up on Thursday will include a breakfast and lunch meal for Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. Meals will only be provided for days that the students are scheduled for virtual learning. Parents should fill out the Google Form online.
