The Print Shop is part of Jefferson Parish School’s Strategy Unit. It was established as support for academic instruction, administration, and student activities. The Print Shop provides low cost printing and binding to the district’s central office and schools.

The Print Shop offers a wide variety of printing, copying and bindery. We also act as a liaison for commercial printing needs that cannot be addressed by the shop itself.

To Place an Order

Follow the links under Quick Links. All other print requests can be emailed to karen.richmond@jpschools.org. Please include quantity, size, paper type/color, black & white or color, if it’s printed front & back, and the type of binding along with your electronic file. If it is a reprint, a sample must be provided.

Submitting Your Files

The Print Shop will only print from PDF. It is best to send the original file converted to PDF instead of a scanned PDF. If the original file is not available, we will print from your scanned and emailed copy. Please do not send hard copies.

Copyright Infringement is punishable by fine/imprisonment. Federal law prohibits unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material. It is YOUR obligation to ensure material requested for reproduction is not copyrighted or that your use of copyrighted work does not constitute copyright infringement.
