  • The support performance team is responsible for the design and implementation of all district performance evaluations for central office support staff and all non-instructional employees. The support performance team believes that all non-instructional employees impact student learning and achievement, by having measurable goals in place for every employee.


    • Support Performance Training
      • Our team develops and delivers training for school leaders and central office managers to ensure all support staff set performance goals.
    • Support Performance Evaluations
      • Our team monitors the evaluation process to ensure an ongoing performance evaluation process occurs with their managers annually.
    • Intensive Assistance Plans
      • We collaborate with central office departments to develop Intensive Assistance Plans for non-instructional employees and facilitate disciplinary conferences and investigations.
