If you would like to file a formal grievance, you may write to the JP Schools 504 Coordinator. Once a written grievance is received, the District will investigate the allegations.
The written grievance must contain:
- The nature of the grievance
- The facts upon which the grievance is based
- A list of all witnesses
- The remedy requested
- The complaints signature and the date the grievance is filed
The grievance must be filed with the JPPSS 504 Coordinator at the following address:
