Summer workouts will be open to ALL current Fisher Middle/High student athletes as well as ALL incoming Fisher Middle/High student athletes! So that means if you play football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, or track & field, then you are expected to attend summer workouts. Summer workouts will consist of a mix of conditioning, speed training and weigh lifting. If you only want to attend for the conditioning and speed training then that is an option as well! Training will start on Monday, July 5th 2021 and will end once school starts in August. We will train Monday - Friday and have 3 different time slots to help parents and students athletes with busy schedules. Those time slots will be:
-Session 1: Arrive at 8:00 am, Start at 8:30 am to 10:00 am
-Session 2: Arrive at 10:00 am, Start at 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
-Session 3: Arrive at 1:00 pm, Start at 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
You must sign up for time slot before showing up on Monday July 5th! This will help for better organization on the first day of training from the coaches.
