     Anime Club The purpose of this organization is to discuss, promote and critique elements of Anime culture this includes movies, books, and television series. Mr. Waguespack
    Band/Chorus Members in these ensembles learn and play music for school and public performances. Mr. Frazier

    Ecology Club Members of this club are a community of like-minded, diverse individuals who are interested in ecology, evolution, zoology, botany, and/or anything else dealing with life and the outdoors. Ms. Levin

    Hi-Y Members of this club participate in volunteer activities to make EJHS and our community a better place. Ms. Fleming
     International Thespian Society The honors organization for high school theatre students. Any EJHS student who participates in our school's theatre arts program can earn points toward ITS membership. Our ITS troupe regularly promotes theatre events at our school, & attends the Louisiana Thespian Festival each January.  Ms. Woodruff 
    Junior Class Council  Junior Class Council serves as part of the Student Council, and hosts the Junior Class Ring Ceremony at the end of the school year.  Mrs. Guastella
     Key Club/ Mu Alpha Theta Key Club is a national organization dedicated to the betterment of mankind through service. Members participate in and host multiple service events throughout the year and always welcome new volunteers. Mrs. Blouin-Williams
     Library Club Library Club members assist patrons with locating and checking out books, computer research and recommending books to patrons. They also help set up and promote book displays and book programs to encourage students to read. Mrs. Caminita/Mrs. Hardy 
     Majorettes Members of the Majorettes promote school spirit and provide entertainment during various school and community activities.   Ms. Richardson
    National Honor Society  Members in this academic society lead lives that promote excellence in academics and volunteerism.  Ms. Lafourcade
    National Art Honor Society  The National Art Honor Society invites members to join our organization based on a demonstrated outstanding ability and high interest in art. At East Jefferson High School, NAHS connects and gets involved with the school and community through art projects. Ms. Toups 
    R.O.T.C.  The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is a college program that prepares young adults to become officers in the U.S. Military. Major Taylor/ Sargeant East

    Sci-Fy Club  The purpose of this organization is to discuss, promote and critique elements of Science Fiction culture this includes movies, books, television series, fanfiction, and all of the aspects of Science Fiction.  Mr. Hallenus / Mr. Barrouquere
    Sign Language Club The Sign Language Club includes a diverse group of hearing, hard-of-hearing, and deaf students throughout all grade levels.  They get to experience a culture where stories and conversations can be heard with the hands but felt with the heart.    Ms. J. Smith
    Sophomore Class Council Sophomore class council is a great club that accepts students of all backgrounds with differing interests. It is  where student's of the same age groups can come together and show their school spirit. Sophomore student council allows sophomores to be active in East Jefferson High School's campus life and activities throughout their sophomore year!  Ms. Villavicencio
