    Our mission at Stella Worley Middle School is to inspire all students to reach their highest level of academic success and responsibility with collaboration by all stakeholders in order to be successful in high school and beyond.

    Stella Worley Middle School is a public institution located in Westwego, Louisiana. As part of the Jefferson Parish Public School System, Worley is dedicated to serving the educational needs of our local students. Worley operates under the belief that all students can and are willing to learn, given the right setting and motivation. We seek student achievement in the areas of academics, behavior, and social interaction, as our overarching goal is the education of the student as a whole.

     

    We offer academic tutoring, enrichment, and intervention programs, as well as a multitude of after-school sports and a full marching unit. With a total number of approximately 537 students, we work endlessly to provide a quality education for our students.

    1st Period: 7:56 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

    2nd Period: 8:45 am – 9:34 am

    3rd Period: 9:34 a.m. – 10:23 a.m.

    4th Period: 10:23 a.m. – 11:12 a.m.

    Lunch One: 11:12 a.m. – 11: 42 a.m. (6th graders)

    Lunch Two: 12:12 p.m. – 12: 42 p.m. (7th & 8th Graders)

    5th Period: 11:13 a.m. – 12:33 p.m.

    6th Period: 12:38 p.m. – 1:28 p.m.

    7th Period: 1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.

    Dismissal: 2:20 p.m.
