    CHILD CARE FEES

    Registration: $20.00

     

    WEEKLY FEES

    PM Care: $27.00 (2:35-6:00)

    DROP-IN FEES

    $7.00 per child

    All current Jefferson Parish Public School System Employees will receive a 10% Discount for their children. Proof of employment must be given at registration.

    Child Care Regulations

    1. Your child will be released only to persons listed on the registration form.
    2. All tuition is due on Monday, or the first school day of the week. A penalty fee of $5.00 per day/per family will be charged for all late payments including drop-in fees. If payment is not received by Friday, the student(s) may not return until payment is made.
    3. There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for any reason.
    4. A late fee is collected for children picked up after 6:00 PM closing. ($1.00 for each additional minute) FEES ARE PER FAMILY. If this occurs 3 times, you will be removed from the Child Care Program.
    5. NO Child Care on early release days.
    6. Discipline problems will not be tolerated.
    7. If your child requires a One-on-One, additional charges are required (cost of employee).
    8. All students must be Potty Trained.
    9. Child Care Receipts are given weekly. It is the Parent’s responsibility to maintain accurate records for tax purposes. If additional copies of the parents’ receipts and/or a copy of the students’ Daily Sign In/Out form is needed, a $15.00 processing fee will be charged.
